MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES AND SCOPE
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the person who becomes a member of the VASNEVA website
“MEMBER”) and VASNEVA, in order to determine the terms of use of the site.
The MEMBER declares that by becoming a member of the site, they have read, understood and accepted all the provisions of this Agreement.

2. DEFINITION OF MEMBERSHIP
2.1. Membership enables the MEMBER to make purchases by registering on the site, track their orders, and benefit from campaigns.
2.2. Membership is free.

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
3.1. The MEMBER accepts that the information provided during membership is accurate and complete.
3.2. Memberships created with misleading, incorrect or personal information may be suspended or canceled without notice. ⸻
4. MEMBER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
4.1. The MEMBER agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, morality, and rules of honesty.
4.2. The MEMBER is responsible for the security of their username and password.
4.3. The MEMBER accepts that all transactions made through their account will be considered as having been made by them.

5. VASNEVA'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
5.1. VASNEVA will make reasonable efforts to ensure the continuity of the services offered through the site.
5.2. VASNEVA cannot be held responsible if access to the site is temporarily interrupted due to technical reasons.
5.3. VASNEVA reserves the right to suspend or completely terminate memberships if it deems it necessary. ⸻
6. SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
In the following cases, VASNEVA may unilaterally suspend or cancel the MEMBER's membership:
• Abuse of the right to continuous return and exchange
• Creation of fraudulent orders
• Abuse of the system or campaigns
• Engaging in illegal activities
In this case, the MEMBER cannot claim any rights or compensation.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data belonging to the MEMBER is processed within the scope of the Privacy and Security Policy and the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) Disclosure Text.
The MEMBER declares that they have read and accepted these texts.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, visuals, logos, designs, and texts on the site belong to VASNEVA and
the right to use them has been obtained.
Unauthorized use is prohibited. ⸻
9. CONTRACT AMENDMENTS
VASNEVA reserves the right to make changes to this Membership Agreement at any time.
The updated agreement will enter into force on the date it is published on the site.

10. AUTHORIZED COURT
In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are authorized.

11. EFFECTIVE DATE
The MEMBER is deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this Membership Agreement by becoming a member of the site.
