DELIVERY CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL
Delivery of all orders placed through our website is carried out under the conditions stated below.
2. DELIVERY TIME
2.1. Orders are delivered to the shipping company within a maximum of 2 (two) days following receipt of payment confirmation.
2.2. The shipping delivery time is 3-5 business days. During campaign periods, public holidays, weekends, and periods of high demand, the delivery time may be extended.
2.3. In case of such delays, the SELLER is obliged to inform the BUYER.
3. DELIVERY ADDRESS
3.1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER during the order.
3.2. The SELLER is not responsible for delivery problems arising from incomplete, incorrect, or erroneous address information.
3.3. Resending orders that cannot be delivered due to the recipient not being at the address may be subject to an additional shipping fee. 4. SHIPPING COMPANY AND DELAYS
4.1. Deliveries are made through contracted shipping companies.
4.2. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company; however,
support will be provided to the BUYER.
4.3. Deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, infrastructure problems, etc.).
5. CHECK DURING DELIVERY
5.1. The BUYER is obliged to check the package and the product upon receipt.
5.2. Damaged, torn, or opened packages must be received by having a report drawn up by the courier.
5.3. Damage claims may not be accepted for products received without a report.
6. STOCK AND SUPPLY STATUS
6.1. If the ordered product is not in stock or cannot be supplied, the BUYER will be informed immediately.
6.2. In this case, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 10 days.
7. DELIVERY AREA
Deliveries are only made within the borders of Turkey.
8. EFFECTIVE DATE
These delivery conditions come into effect upon placing an order through the site.
