• BUYER: The natural or legal person who purchases the product for non-commercial purposes,
• SITE: The SELLER's website,
• AGREEMENT: This Distance Sales Agreement,
• GOODS: The women's clothing products subject to sale,
refers to these terms.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of women's clothing products ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website. The prices advertised on the site are sales prices. They are valid until updated. Limited-time campaigns are valid for the specified period. ⸻

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1 Information and Acceptance
The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted the basic characteristics of the product, the size chart, the sales price and delivery information before placing an order.
9.2 Delivery Time
Products will be delivered to the BUYER within 3.5 days at the latest from the order date.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• With the label intact
• In a condition suitable for resale.

11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
• Underwear bottoms
• Products specially produced or altered for the BUYER
• Used, stained, or odorous products
• Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
In case of default by the BUYER on payments made with a credit card, the terms of the contract between the bank and the BUYER shall apply. The SELLER cannot be held responsible.

13. AUTHORIZED COURT
In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized.

14. EFFECTIVENESS
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement when placing an order through the site.
