These Return and Exchange Conditions are valid for women's clothing products purchased through VASNEVA's website.
By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted these conditions.

The BUYER may request a return or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS
The products to be returned must meet the following conditions simultaneously: • The product must not have been used.
• The product must not have been washed.
• The product must have its original label and security seal, if any.
• The product must be in a resalable condition.
• The product must not have any odor, stains, makeup marks, or deformation.
Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

4. RETURN SHIPPING CONDITIONS
4.1. The first return for each order is free.
4.2. For the second and subsequent returns of the same order, the shipping cost is borne by the BUYER. ⸻
5. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
5.1. The BUYER may request a size or color exchange within the return period.
5.2. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
5.3. The first exchange is free, subsequent exchanges incur shipping costs borne by the BUYER.

6. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges: • Underwear bottoms • Swimsuit and bikini bottoms • Hygienic products such as earrings, hair clips, and socks • Products specially manufactured or altered for the BUYER • Products with torn labels or found to be used

7. REFUND OF RETURN AMOUNT
7.1. The returned product(s) will be checked after reaching US.
7.2. For products that meet the return conditions, the product price will be refunded within 14 days using the method the BUYER used for payment.
7.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for free return campaigns).

8. PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
8.1. Returns are possible for promotional or discounted products.
8.2. If the order does not meet the campaign conditions after the return, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
